SOUTHERN DUNES

Southern Dunes is a gated community and is rated as being within the top 100 courses in the USA.

Southern Dunes is located on US27, South of I4.

All locations are within a very easy drive and and is located on US27, within easy driving distance of all the Disney Parks and attractions.

Clearwater Beach on the West Coast, and the beaches of the Treasure Coast on the East Coast are approx 1 hours drive

Within Southern Dunes is a gorgeous 18 hole award winning golf course, along with a driving range, pro shop and clubhouse with bar and restaraunt. There are also three community pools, tennis courts, gym, lakes and children’s play area.

Just outside the main entrance is a 24 hour WalMart and Winn-Dixie, along with McDonalds, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Dominos Pizza. There is also Mannys Chop House and the All Star Bar and Grill.
